How Do I Complete My Pre-Order Check-Out with Partial Payment?

Select the size and colors of the item(s) you want. When you are finished select the "checkout" button in the cart. Click the "Partial Payment Checkout" button at the bottom of the page. 

How Do I Edit My Cart?

Click on the cart in the upper right hand corner of the screen. Here you can adjust the quantity of the items or remove any item from the cart completely.

When Will My Order Ship?

Your order will ship on or before April 29th. If you need it before then we may be able to accommodate that need. Please send us an e-mail at customerservice@reignregalia with your order number as the subject and we can let you know.

When Do I Get Charged?

You will only be charged 50% of the total cost of your order upon completion of the pre-sale transaction. The remaining 50% will be charged once the order ships.

Why Do I Have To Make An Account?

In order for the pre-order process to work an account has to be made on our site. You will just need your first and last name and e-mail. Then you will be able to check out with ease. This will also expedite your final payment and any future orders!

Can I Use My Discount Code during Pre-Sale?

Yes, you can on the final half of the payment.
