Shipping & Return Policy
Our products are made-to-order. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed. Please note that the 3-5 day processing time is not included in the estimated delivery time at checkout. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Any orders that are made over the weekend will be processed the following Monday.
Your order will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail unless you select an alternative. If you have any questions about your order please e-mail email@example.com with your order number in the subject line.
We ship orders to all US states and territories, and to select international countries. Orders shipped to PO boxes, Alaska, Hawaii and US territories cannot be expedited.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TERMS & CONDITIONS
Regalia Swim ships to select international destinations.
Items in your order that are designated for shipment to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to taxes, brokerage fees, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. Import Fees may include the following charges:
If you refuse a shipment from Regalia Swim or a shipment is undeliverable, you are still responsible for the cost of the merchandise, the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Regalia Swim. RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY/STORE CREDIT
We will not accept returns or exchanges. However, if an item is defective or damaged upon arrival, we will gladly replace the item or give store credit. If there is a price difference involved with your exchange, A store credit will be issued via email. The store credit will never expire. Redeem your store credit online at checkout in the gift card section.
Once items are shipped it is the responsibility of the postal service to ensure packages are delivered. No refunds will be issued for lost packages. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact USPS at 1 (800) 275-8777 or FedEx at 1-800-463-3339 to file a Claim for the missing shipment.

We use the finest quality materials available, however, we are not liable for any damage, or fading due to highly chlorinated pools, hot tubs, sand, dirt, and tanning oils deemed as not normal wear and tear, Hot tubs heavily chlorinated pools and lotions may cause yellowing or fading of a swimsuit. These are not considered defects. Due to the differences in screen resolution, actual colors may slightly vary and are not considered a defect or misrepresentation of an item. Fabric layout and placement of prints may also vary and are not considered a defect or misrepresentation of a product. As these are high-quality products, please be sure to care for your items as instructed on the packaging. Once a swimsuit is worn, or the tags are removed, the item(s) may not be returned for any reason.
